How do I order, and what will it cost?
Enquire about a piece on WhatsApp or email the studio. Prices depend on the item, materials, design and quantity. We’ll discuss your request and provide a quote before you decide to order.
Can you use my photo, name or artwork?
Yes. Send your original, clear photo or artwork and the item you’d like personalised. We’ll discuss what will work best for that material and size. Please only share images and artwork you have permission to use.
Can I bring my own item for engraving?
Get in touch with a photo and the material of your item first. We’ll check whether it is suitable and discuss the finish before making any arrangements.
How long does it take, and can you deliver?
Timing and delivery arrangements depend on your order. Share your location and any occasion date when you enquire so we can confirm the options and any delivery cost before you order.
Do you make gifts for events or businesses?
Yes — ask about personalised gifts, branded pieces and event keepsakes. Include your quantity, artwork and required date so we can discuss the right approach.
